Background:

Michael Hass, Ph.D. is Associate Professor of Education and Faculty Coordinator of the Graduate Program in School Psychology at Chapman University. He teaches courses in assessment, counseling methods, and cross-cultural issues in counseling and school psychology. Dr. Hass has over 20 years experience working with children and their families in public schools, clinics, and other settings. He received his M.A. in Psychology and his School Psychology training at California State University—Northridge. Dr. Hass earned an Interdisciplinary Doctorate in Social Relations from the University of California—Irvine and has worked as a School Psychologist for 22 years. During much of this time, he has also been in private practice.
