Type: Two distinct, co-normed batteries

Times: Varies, about 5 minutes per test; Cognitive Standard 7 tests (35–45 minutes); Achievement Standard 11 tests (55–65 minutes).

Background:

Judy Friedman is the creator and Coordinating Educational Specialist of CPNS (Community Psychoeducational and Neurobehavioral Services). She has worked in this capacity since 1990, collaborating with pediatric neurologists, neuropsychologists, developmental pediatricians, and school personnel to insure each individual’s optimal progress. She has extensive classroom and private experience in working with children with attention deficits, motivation and behavior problems, enrichment needs, and reading and learning disabilities. Ms. Friedman specializes in assessment, tutoring, consultation, and advocacy for children with special needs.

Ms. Friedman has taught graduate level courses at Curry College in Milton, MA on the WJ III® and reading. She is frequently invited as a guest speaker in the areas of LD, ADHD, reading and assessment. She is a member of the National Association of Educational Therapists.
