1. Use of Materials. The Materials posted on these pages by Riverside may be retrieved solely for non-commercial training purposes and may be downloaded to your own hard disk or sent to a printer solely for such purposes. You are responsible for providing computer hardware, software and network access suitable for downloading or printing the materials. You may not otherwise copy, modify or distribute the contents of these pages without the express permission of Riverside.

2. License grant. Riverside hereby grants to persons qualified or authorized to use the Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scales Fifth Edition a revocable, nontransferable permission to print or duplicate on paper the materials contained in these pages. This license is not a sale of the materials or any copy of it. Riverside and its licensors own and retain all title, copyright trademark, and other proprietary rights in and to the materials contained in these pages.

3. Limitations on Use.

Only such authorized or qualified persons who have accepted the terms of this license agreement may duplicate and distribute the materials. Such duplicated materials may only be used for training purposes, at no charge to the trainees. The duplicated materials shall be treated as secure testing materials.
These web pages and any Riverside-provided content remain the exclusive property of Riverside; you will maintain the confidentiality of all such content, which you acknowledge is proprietary to Riverside.

4. Internet Application; Security. The web pages are hosted on Riverside servers. Riverside uses reasonable measures to provide access to the web pages at all times other than scheduled maintenance windows. Due to the nature of computer software and the Internet, it is impossible to ensure that the web pages will operate without unscheduled interruptions or that unauthorized access will never occur. You must use reasonable methods to ensure the security of your user ids and passwords, and immediately report any suspected unauthorized use or disclosure of them to Riverside.

5. Non-Assignment. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your license, or any right or obligation under this Agreement, to any third party without Riverside's prior written approval.

6. NO WARRANTY. RIVERSIDE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THESE PAGES OR THEIR CONTENTS (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION MATERIAL COMMUNICATED BY THIRD PARTES), WHICH ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. RIVERSIDE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THESE PAGES. RIVERSIDE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THESE PAGES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE PAGES OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE FROM VIRUSES, WORMS OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. RIVERSIDE ALSO MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO WHETHER THE INFORMATION ACCESSIBLE VIA THESE PAGES IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

7. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL RIVERSIDE OR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION, OR DELIVERY OF THE WEB PAGES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS, BENEFITS, USE, OR DATA RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE WEB PAGES, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY.

9. General. If any provision of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement. This License Agreement shall be construed under and governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and shall bind the parties, their heirs, successors, and permitted assigns. State and federal courts located in the State of Illinois shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to this agreement or the web pages. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT AND THAT IT IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF YOUR AGREEMENT WITH RIVERSIDE REGARDING THESE WEB PAGES AND THAT IT SUPERSEDES ANY PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN RIVERSIDE AND YOU RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT.
