Proper administration and interpretation of individually-administered assessment
batteries generally requires formal education and training. The minimum user qualifications
by test restriction level indicated below must be met to place an order for a Riverside
Assessment.

Master’s degree and/or doctorate in education, psychology, or related field.
Graduate level training in both:
- Intelligence/cognitive assessment
- Projective techniques

H Level |
Master’s degree and/or doctorate in education, psychology, or related field.
Graduate level training in one or more of the following:
- Intelligence/cognitive assessment
- Neuropsychology
|

M Level |
Bachelor’s degree in educational field (e.g. education, psychology, speech therapy, occupational therapy, counseling, etc).
Specific undergraduate level training in one or more of the following:
- Intelligence/cognitive assessment
- Basic tests and measurement
- Speech, hearing, and language assessment
- Educational diagnostics or equivalent testing course

L Level |
Certification in occupational therapy, physical therapy, or other medical field.
Other medical fields include: pediatrics, nurse practitioners, office nurses,
visiting nurses, home health care workers for infants & young children, and head start specialists.
AND
Specific undergraduate level training in one or more of the following:
- Intelligence/Cognitive Testing
- Basic tests and measurements
- Speech, hearing, language assessments
- Education diagnostics
- Developmental milestone assessment
