BDI-2 Data Manager and Data Buddie WebEx Training Sessions

To prepare you to use the newly updated BDI-2 Data Manager software, we are pleased to offer WebEx training sessions on how to use Data Manager. A WebEx is an online training tool that allows participants to view a training session on their computer and listen through a phone conference. Participants can ask questions or make comments through the phone or type them into the WebEx interface. To participate in a WebEx training session, you will need access to a computer and a phone line.

It is easy for multiple persons to attend this training session from their location. Each user can call in to the phone conference and access the website from their own location, OR all interested participants can be in a room with a speakerphone and a projection device so that all can hear and view the presentation at the same time.

All sessions will be identical in content; simply choose a session that is most convenient for you.

Topics to be covered:

• Adding/editing locations into Data Manager
• Adding/editing examiners
• Adding/editing children
• Entering assessment data
• Viewing reports
• Using a mobile device (last half hour for any participant needing this information)

Data Manager

To view the recorded WebEx, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Download the free WebEx Player.
Click on WebEx Player. Save the player to your desktop or a folder.
Step 2: Download the BDI-2 Data Manager WebEx Training Presentation. Save this presentation to the same location in which you saved the WebEx Player (step 1 above).
Step 3: Open the location of the saved player and presentation.
Step 4: Drag the presentation file to the player file.

Data Buddie

Step 1: Download the BDI-2 Data Buddie Training Presentation. Save this presentation to your desktop or to a folder.
Step 2: Open the location of the saved presentation.
Step 3: Double click the file to view the presentation.
