Type: Two distinct, co-normed cognitive and achievement batteries
Purpose: Provides a comprehensive system for measuring general intellectual ability (including bilingual and low verbal), specific cognitive abilities, scholastic aptitude, oral language, and academic achievement.
Ages: 2 to 90+ years
Times: Varies, about 5–10 minutes per test; Cognitive Standard 7 tests (35–45 minutes); Achievement Standard 11 tests (55–65 minutes); Diagnostic Supplement supplies an additional 11 cognitive tests (55–65 minutes)

Background:

Álvaro Gómez Prado is a graduated Psychologist from the "Universidad Católica Santa María la Antigua" (Republic of Panama) where he graduated with honors. He has also achieved a Master degree in Clinical Psychology from the "Universidad de Panamá" and studies in Object Relations Psychoanalytic Theory from the "International Institute of Object Relations Therapy" (IIORT) as well.

He has participated as a data collector in the standardization process of Batería III Woodcock-Muñoz (2002) and the Woodcock-Muñoz Language Survey Revised (2003). Founding member of the Panamanian Psychotherapy Society, Master Álvaro Gómez Prado is at present (2004) a student at the Clinical Psychology Doctorate Program at the "Universidad Católica Santa María la Antigua." He has a private practice in psychodynamic psychotherapy in Panama City.
